Our room was clean and quiet enough in the night time. Basic but nice breakfast, from 7:30 to 10:30. Also, there's an elevator in the building. The staff Serdar and Murat were friendly and professional, they quickly helped us with e-Sim and arranged a fair-priced taxi back to the airport.

It has breakfast with tea, cheese, salami, eggs and fresh vegetables. Food selection is basic and it's ok for few days. Location if perfect and quite close to Fulya and all the clinics near, few minute uphill walk to Nisantasi posh area, and 10min walk from Besiktas center. Mornings and evenings were quiet, sleep was good. Staff is good and tries to help. Cleaning is done daily. It has small fridge, which can fit few bottles or some leftovers. You're provided in room with kettle, water, Nescafe coffee and tea.

We traveled to İstanbul for medical treatment and the hotel is very close to many hospitals and doctors offices. Especially the IVF branches. The Bosporus (Besiktas) is easy 20-25 minutes walk downhill. Metro is also relatively close. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast is a nice bonus. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist.

Daily breakfast was served, walking distance to Nisantasi shopping area. 6mins uphill tracking to nearby American hospital that we frequent daily. Front service staff Murad and Tahsin both spoke good English, attentive with great warm hospitality which makes our stay feels at home, its indeed an asset for the hotel.

Close to hospitals and other health suppliers it make the hotel to be very convenient. Warm into rooms and pleasant despite outside has been -3 degrees and snowing. The Internet quit good. Around you can find a variety of local restaurants or coffee shops.

The hotel location is perfect. Reception speak perfect english and communication was amazing. They allowed us to check in earlyer which was very good for us. The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean too and there was good lights. Very good breakfast! Our best stay in Istanbul so far. Will definitely come back.

Very easy to get to and from, very nice and clean hotel. Room was comfortable and had nice natural light. Hot water and any facilities worked.

The breakfast is good. I like the receptionist on the night shift. He spoke very good English and was always there when I needed somehting. The hotel staff does not speak English, which might be a problem for those without basic Turkish language skills.

Breakfast was more continental as we are British. I would appreciate more of a choice (possibly some croissants etc and also milk for our cup of tea) amongst more British breakfast (bacon /fresh eggs/tinned tomatoes /mushrooms )!cooked English breakfast.
